My journey into the world of art began by watching Mom. She could work magic with a bit of paint and a brush. I was fascinated by how she could transform a flat blank canvas into a beautiful work of art. Now, several years later, I'm continuing in the footsteps I followed as a child watching Mom. "Where We Goin?" WIP (20" x 24")

Currently on my easel. Working from the reference photo (lower right).  Have the basics and will start adding details and deeper shadows to bring out more sunlight.


Wonder where that path will lead?

"Red Bucket Construction Company" (24" x 18")

I'm officially calling this finished.  I added stronger shadows under the arms and a bucket handle.  I enjoyed working on this so much.  Ready for the varnish coat and a frame.
